Co-Founder and EVP of Industry Strategy and Service Delivery

As co-founder and EVP of Delivery for C&A Technology, Craig provides executive leadership for all Industry Leadership, Business Process Design, JDEdwards Functional and Professional Services activities. Prior to forming to CAT, Craig worked for over 20 years as a senior level management and systems consultant with significant experience in making organizations more successful through organizational development and improvement of business process, performance metrics, data integrity, and systems.

Aubrey Evens

Co-Founder and EVP of Business Development

As co-founder and EVP of Business Development for C&A Technology, Aubrey provides executive leadership for all Business Development , Marketing and Alliance activities. Prior to forming CAT, Aubrey held leadership positions as Vice President of Global Alliances and Partner Business Generation for Ventyx, an ABB company. Ventyx is focused on the Utilities, Energy and Telecommunications industries marketing Enterprise Asset Management and Enterprise Workforce Management Solutions. Prior to working for Ventyx, Aubrey spent in excess of 15 years working for JDEdwards and its alliance partners in leadership positions for Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales and Hosting. Aubrey has significant experience in the areas of Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Enterprise Asset Management serving many industries.

Jeff Copper

Partner, CTO and EVP JD Edwards and
Managed Services Practice Leader

As EVP of the CAT JD Edwards Practice and Technology, Jeff provides practice leadership for all areas of Functional and Technical Professional Services. Jeff’s past accomplishments have been building Oracle professional services practices within KPMG. Jeff also led the JDE practice for both the Northeast and Southeast regions of Zanett Commercial Solutions. Jeff’s project-driven mentality delivers value to his clients by keeping the business objective clearly aligned with project goals. Jeff has 18 years of progressively responsible IT experience which includes executive level quality assurance and accountability, PMO, functional consulting, technical program management and advanced technical development.

Don Mackenzie

Partner and EVP of CAT SAP Practice Leadership and Technology

Don brings Industry and Software experience into his leadership of the SAP Practice at CAT. His early years in a variety of Accounting and Costing roles inspired a deeper dive into the Manufacturing and Logistics functions of the business.

Over the years responsibilities covered Management Reporting, Costing, Cash Management, and Sales and Operations Planning. Experience gradually migrated passions to the software side of things where he has worked as an Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, Presales Consultant/Solution Advisor, Presales Leader, Industry Solution Architect and Industry Solution Principal.

Don has worked on several major Enterprise Software solutions, including JD Edwards (16 years) and SAP (14 years). He has worked for SAP and SAP Partners.

Josh is an assertive, proactive sales, marketing and management professional with more than 20 years of experience in sales and leading effective sales teams. Josh has been focused on selling ERP implementation, consulting and outsourcing solutions to Oracle JD Edwards customers. He is an enthusiastic, focused achiever and leader utilizing proven sales and management techniques, creative processes, strategic positioning, best practices, relationships and persistence. Josh is closely aligned with the Oracle sales organization and executives.
