CAT’s founders wanted to form a consulting company that serve their clients with honesty, integrity, a strong work ethic, and a no-nonsense, straight forward approach that provides value.

CAT serves our own consultants the same way, because, after all, our consultants are the product that represent our consulting company. And great people that are taken care of provide their clients with great service.

So our fundamental principles are:

  • Provide clients with shareholder value – understand and deliver value to client in terms of what they are trying to accomplish, be it ROI, savings, competitive edge, or simply solving a temporary staffing need.
  • Provide services with solid integrity, courage, and truth – take on difficult tasks in a straight forward way, and if challenges arise, face them head on and work to solve them with an open and honest approach.
  • Deep experience – provide deep expertise in terms on industry, business process, and technical expertise.
